The bag is 100% made of Jute, a very natural, eco-friendly as highly durable. Jute fibre is 100% bio-degradable and recyclable thus environmentally friendly. A hectare of jute plants consumes about 15 tonnes of carbon dioxide and releases 11 tonnes of oxygen. Jute also does not generate toxic gases when burnt.
This carrier is easy to wash and can be folded flat. Your best carrier ally.

At Maison Dôme, we thrive to offer you solutions with low carbon footprint with regards to shipping and logistics too.
As such all our packages are recycled and / or compostable/biodegradable.
Shipping costs depend on origin of the goods and the country of delivery. As we do work with vendors that may ship directly, they all use different couriers and thus, prices differ.
Shipping is charged unless you place an order above 65€ in E.U. and Switzerland.
Returns and refunds are, unfortunately not subsidised currently. We are working on it to offer you the best and most sustainable shipping and return solutions.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Packages are treated within 2.5 days from the order date during weekdays, if ordered on the week-end, the treatment will be handled from Monday onwards.
Orders in Mainland E.U. may take up to 4 days, but usually are delivered within 2 days.
Orders in Non-E.U. countries usually take between 5 ( ex. U.K.) to 10 days (U.S). Please note that delivery times may differ based on how long it takes the Customs to treat your package.
