Grab the brows´s head between your thumb and index and slide all along. Place the thumbs on each temple and go all the way back to the middle of the forehead, slightly pressing for an excellent smoothing.

  1. The Snake

Loosen the lips, place the tip of the tongue against the roof of the mouth behind the teeth and blow. This is excellent for fighting jowls and preventing the oval from sagging.

  1. The Owl

Place your fingers under the eyebrows and lower eyelids. Spread your eyes as wide open as possible. Ideal for firming the eyelids and reducing puffiness.

  1. The Fish

Inhale and place your mouth in a vertical oval, try to open as much as possible while blowing. Your lip contour will be totally toned.
